Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs brussels sprouts sliced in half
  • 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp hot honey or maple syrup
  • 4 oz diced pancetta optional
  • 1/4 cup parmesan or asiago cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • In a small pan, cook the diced pancetta under crispy and the fat has rendered. Once done, remove and set aside on a paper towel.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and cumin.
  • In another bowl, add the halved brussels sprouts, olive oil, hot honey (or maple syrup) together until thoroughly mixed.
  • Add the panko mixture into the bowl with the brussels sprouts and mix until evenly coated.
  • In your air fryer basket, spread out the brussels sprouts evenly. You may need to cook in batches to prevent overcrowding your air fryer. Set your air fryer to 360°F and cook for 9 minutes.
  • In a serving dish, add the cooked brussels sprouts, pancetta, and grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
