Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Skirt Steak
  • 2 heads Brocolli cut into florets
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Ghee or cooking oil of your choice

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha optional
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp White Pepper optional
  • 1 tsp Arrowroot Powder or Potato Powder

Sauce

  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Green Onions diced
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red Boat Fish Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Slice your beef into 1/4 inch strips and add to a bowl with your marinade ingredients. Mix well.
  • In another microwave safe bowl, add your broccoli florets and 2 tbsp of water. Loosely cover the bowl, and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, until broccoli is cooked through.
  • Weak a large skillet or wok over medium heat with 1 tbsp of ghee (or cooking oil of your choice). Add minced ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant (15-30 seconds), being careful not to burn.
  • Increase the heat slightly and add your marinated beef strips evenly on your skillet or wok. Cook until your beef strips are browned and crispy all over (3-4 minutes a side).
  • Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and cook for another minute. Add your cooked broccoli and cook for another 30-45 seconds, mixing all the ingredients together. Serve by itself or with your favorite side such as rice.
